Very short first post…
The following Cisco IOS – Cisco IOS Software, C3750 Software (C3750-IPBASE-M), Version 12.2(35)SE5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
Doesnt support IP policys 
After allowing me to configure the ACL’s and then the route-map for my policy I discovered that this version of the IOS on a 3750G switch stack doesnt support this feature.
Doh!
UPDATE: This version doesnt support it either – Cisco IOS Software, C3750 Software (C3750-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 12.2(44)SE, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
